An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Autographed One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More)

Accused, the 1936 Thornton Freeland English romantic musical dance team courtroom legal lawyer murder mystery trial crime thriller melodrama ("A woman murdered... a woman accused!"; "A murder mystery for women!"; "The beauty of del Rio! The nerve of Doug, Jr.! in a dramatic romance of music and murder!"; about a pair of French Apache dancers who use a dagger in their act, and then a man is murdered with that dagger, and naturally, the male dancer is accused of the murder, which leads to a trial with a sensational ending that reveals the true killer) starring Douglas Fairbanks Jr. (oddly cast as a French dancer!), Dolores Del Rio, Florence Desmond, Basil Sydney, and Googie Withers

Important Added Info: Note that this one-sheet has been personally autographed (signed) by Douglas Fairbanks Jr.!

Condition: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the top two crossfolds and small paper loss in the "u" of "Accused" in the title, and in the background area below that. There was some minor wear on the foldlines and around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer linenbacked the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above, but they are really not very distracting (and any restorer could easily touch them up without re-backing the poster).
