Auer Chicago Illinois crime film noir ("...from the Honky Tonks to the penthouses ...the creeps, the hoods, come out to war with the city!"; "Written by Steve Fisher") starring Gig Young, Mala Powers, William Talman, Edward Arnold, Chill Wills, Marie Windsor, and Paula Raymond. Note that, although the phrase "City that Never Sleeps" became popularized in a song about New York, the phrase was earlier used to refer to the city of Chicago, which is how this movie got its name! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: fair to good. There is a Canadian censor stamp in the center of the card. There are tears, creases, smudges, and tiny paper loss around the edges of the card.
