Renfrew of the Royal Mounted, the 1937 Albert Herman Canada Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Mountie crime action thriller ("Suggested by the famous 'Renfrew' books by Laurie York Erskine") starring James Newill (in the title role as Sergeant Renfrow), Carol Hughes, William Royle, Herbert Corthell, Kenneth Harlan, and Lightning (billed as "Lightning the Wonder Dog"). Note that Lightning made an uncredited appearance in the 1934 movie, "The Case of the Howling Dog", and that got him discovered and he starred in a half dozen movies over the next three year, after which he retired from the screen!

Important Added Info: Note that this poster has been trimmed and it now measures 27 3/4" x 41 3/4" [70 x 106 cm]. Also note that this poster has been kraftbacked, which means it was backed onto a brown paper soon after it was printed (this process is called "kraft-backing", and posters with it are called "kraft-backed"). One could have it professionally removed from the kraft paper and linenbacked, and it would look great!

Condition: good. Some of the edges were trimmed from the poster. After the poster was mounted onto the paper, some borders of the poster were folded over the front and glued down. There are many faint stains and smudges scattered throughout.
