The Lone Ranger was a former Texas Ranger who fought outlaws in the American Old West with his Native American friend, Tonto, and his trusty horse Silver. The radio show was very popular and the character was soon featured in books, comics, TV shows, and several movies (including two serials from 1938 and 1939). The best known incarnation of this character was in the 1949-1957 TV series starring Clayton Moore and Jay Silverheels. Important Added Info: Note that the way you got this kit was by sending in Cheerioes box tops to General Mills, and they were sent this cool kit that includes a poster with faux signatures, a punch-out mask, and other cool items, all in a printed envelope. Also note that this auction also includes the printed envelope this item originally came with! Condition: very good.
