An Original Vintage Unfolded Australian World War II Poster (measures 20" x 30 1/4" [51 x 77 cm]) (Learn More) Invest in the 4th Liberty Loan, the 1943 Australian World War II (WWII) War Bonds poster ("Sorry, - Australia got it first!") encouraging Australians to invest in the 4th Liberty Loan, and featuring art of a woman trying to sneak money from her husband's pants while he was sleeping (but there was none because he bought war bonds). Interestingly there was also a U.S. version of this poster that uses the exact same image but the caption reads "Just be sure you put at least 10% of it in war bonds!", and the bottom says "Top that 10%!" If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: fair. The poster is stained throughout. It has also dark somewhat.
