While we once owned this item, we did not auction it through eMoviePoster.com (which is why no price or date is listed) nor do we have it available for purchase. John Ford's My Darling Clementine, the classic 1946 John Ford Tombstone Arizona romantic cowboy western (based on a story by Sam Hellman from the book 'Wyatt Earp, Frontier Marshal' by Stuart N. Lake; about the legendary showdown between the Earp Brothers and the Clantons in Tombstone, including the gunfight at the OK Corral) starring Henry Fonda (as Wyatt Earp), Linda Darnell (as Chihuahua), Victor Mature (as Doc Holliday), Walter Brennan (as "Old Man Clanton"), Tim Holt (as Virgil Earp), Cathy Downs (in the title role, as Clementine Carter), John Ireland (as Billy Clanton), Ward Bond (as Morgan Earp), Alan Mowbray, Roy Roberts, Jane Darwell, Grant Withers, J. Farrell MacDonald, and Russell Simpson. Note that 20th Century-Fox was apparently uneasy about spending so much money on a western, and to hedge their bets, they strongly pushed sexy Linda Darnell in the title role, and they even made a teaser 24-sheet, which solely showed sexy Linda Darnell, and which had the tagline "Men are lost and gone forever when they go for Clementine!".
