Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and minor fold and border wear. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but after it was backed it was roughly handled, and it acquired creases scattered down the left and right sides, both in the linen and extending a little into the borders on each side (see our image).
