Note that Howard Hill is widely regarded as the world's greatest archer ever (among his achievements was killing an elephant with a bow and arrow!). He made his first movie in 1935, "The Last Wilderness", which was three reels long, and he appeared in 19 other shorts over the next 14 years, and then made this movie in 1952, which he produced, directed, and starred in!
