Noose, the 1948 (released in the U.S. in 1950 as "The Silk Noose") Edmond T. Greville English newspaper reporter journalism crime thriller ("Screenplay by Richard Llewellyn, based on his stage play"; about a London crime boss who kills those who get in his way, but then a brave beautiful female American newspaper reporter exposes him) starring Carole Landis (in her final movie role), Joseph Calleia, Derek Farr, Stanley Holloway, Nigel Patrick, and Carol van Derman. Note that Landis purportedly committed suicide just before this film was released. She was 31 years old, and had just ended an affair with Rex Harrison.

Condition: good to very good. The card pictured at lower right has a censor stamp at upper center and someone once tried to sand off the censor stamp, leaving behind rough surface paper loss. The other cards are in much nicer condition.
