Date Sold 11/1/2015 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 9 Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Stills (Learn More) I Killed Wild Bill Hickok, the 1956 Richard Talmadge cowboy western ("'fast gun smoke action'") starring Johnny Carpenter (billed as "John Forbes"), Helen Westcott, Tom Brown (as Wild Bill Hickok), Virginia Gibson, Denver Pyle, and Frank Carpenter. Note that Richard Talmadge was born "Sylvester Alphonse Metz", and he was an acrobat with the Barnum and Bailey Circus. He got a job in Hollywood as a stuntman for Douglas Fairbanks Sr., and then graduated to starring in movies, always performing lots of stunts. He had two acrobat brothers, Otto Metzetti and Victor Metz, who appeared with him in some of his movies. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: SUPER IMPORTANT!
