Navy Spy, the 1937 Crane Wilbur romantic military Secret Service kidnapping crime thriller (about a U.S. Secret Service agent who is assigned to find the inventor of a fantastic "vapor fuel", who has been kidnapped by spies and taken on a ship, along with a nightclub dancer he's involved with; the agent stows away on the ship, along with an investigative reporter, and together they are able to rescue the inventor who has been tortured, but his nightclub singer girlfriend is killed at the film's climax!) starring Conrad Nagel, Eleanor Hunt, Judith Allen, Jack Doyle, and Phil Dunham
