A motion picture bursting with life!!") starring Sidney Poitier (as Walter Lee Younger), Claudia McNeil, Ruby Dee, Diana Sands, Ivan Dixon, and Louis Gossett Jr. (billed as "Louis Gossett"; in his first movie role!) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that all of the cards are water stained which has caused all of them to have varying degrees of rippling across the center of the image. The water did not discolor the cards, and the staining is most noticeable on the title card, because of the many blank white areas. Other than this staining, the cards are in excellent condition. Any restorer or talented amateur could remove this rippling by wetting the cards and then allowing them to dry between two sheets of glass. Once they are dried, the rippling will be gone.
