Date Sold 10/24/2023 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 7 Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Cards (LCs; measure 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Santo Contra los Zombies (literally translates to "Santos VS. the Zombies"), the 1962 Benito Alzraki Mexican science fiction (sci-fi) sports wrestling masked wrestler luchador horror thriller (Santo has to battle a scientist who has created an army of zombies!) starring Santo, Lorena Velazquez, Jaime Fernandez, Armando Silvestre, Irma Serrano, Carlos Agosti, and Ramon Bugarini. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Important Added Info: Note that we have only once before auctioned a single lobby cards like this (12 years ago!) These are U.S. lobby cards for a Mexican movie, and the exhibitor of this movie showed the movie primarily to Spanish speaking audiences, so the cards were printed in Spanish. In addition, they are from a set of lobby cards that consisted of a stock lobby card with an inset area that was 7" x 8 1/2", and they glued eight different 7x8.5s on to the stock lobby cards, thus inexpensively creating an eight card set! Finally note that these cards include the envelope that they were originally stored in! Condition: very good to fine.
