An Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Publicity Still (Learn More) Tom Brown (born Thomas Edward Brown) was a movie and television actor from the 1920s to the 1970s. Some of his roles include: The Adventures of Smilin' Jack, Anne of Green Gables (the 1934 version), and Buck Private Comes Gome. He also appeared on TV's "General Hospital". Brown passed away in 1990 at the age of 77. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Tom Brown! Also note that many celebrities kept multiple 8" x 10" (or smaller) copies of good publicity images of themselves to sign for fans, and also many memorabilia shops sold such copy stills themselves. While they are not original theater-used stills, they are usually excellent clear copies, with a great shot of that celebrity in their heyday, which, when signed by the celebrity, makes for a wonderful framed picture on any fan's wall! The consignor of this autographed item (and a large number of other signed items in this auction) is a longtime autograph collector who does not have a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for this item, but he feels certain it is genuine. Many of the items he has consigned were purchased from an autograph store that was going out of business when the owner retired, and many of the items he has consigned to this set of auctions come from this purchase. Condition: very good to fine. Learn More about condition grades
