Anyone who reveals who I am will have to answer to The Bat"; "The scream you hear will be your own!!!... as clutching terror reaches toward you on the black wings of silent death!"; "Based on the Wagenhals-Kemper Play by Mary Roberts Rinehart and Avery Hopwood") starring Vincent Price, Agnes Moorehead, Gavin Gordon, John Sutton, Elaine Edwards, Darla Hood (the most famous of the Our Gang female actresses, in her only real movie role after growing up), Lenita Lane, John Bryant, Riza Royce, and Mike Steele NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster has been personally autographed (signed) by Vincent Price! Our consignor obtained this from a couple who told them that they met Mr. Price after he performed in a Broadway show, and that he signed it for them in person. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we are certain the signature is authentic.Also note that this poster has the original copyright information and NSS number at the bottom. But it is printed on a glossy stock used in the 1980s, and not used in 1959 AND it has "ABC Pictures" above Price's credit whereas the 1959 poster has "Allied Artists". Many people have unknowingly sold examples of this poster as an original, but it is definitely a 1980s re-release. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased (although we prefer they do any "authenticating" while the auction is "live" and before they place a bid) and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes.
