Original Vintage Theatrical Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) It's Love I'm After, the 1937 Archie Mayo stage acting romantic love triangle comedy ("...The season's outstanding laugh treat... sparkling with gay romance!"; "Original Story by Maurice Hanline"; a wacky story of a famous stage acting couple, who have almost married eleven times, and the man plays dashing roles on stage, which results in women falling in love with the characters he portrays, and he needs to brush off an infatuated would-be lover, but everything works out in the end!) starring Leslie Howard, Bette Davis, Olivia de Havilland, Patric Knowles, Eric Blore, and George Barbier NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good. There are a few tiny chips in the blank borders. There is a piece off the top right corner, a small piece off the upper left blank border, and a small piece off the left of the top blank border. This is a Warner Brothers "linen" card, and (as with the vast majority of such cards) it has darkened to a "creamy" color. There is a pinhole in the center of the top blank border. There are a few minor creases in the blank borders. It sounds like this card has a lot wrong with it, but the defects are entirely in the borders, and, as they say, "it would look great framed!".
