Note that the film covers the preparations for the visit, the arrival of the Royals and greeting by French President Coty, and the various Parisian sites that were visited (such as The Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe, Palace of Versailles and more). Of course, in 2020, Queen Elizabeth is STILL the Queen of England at age 93, and Prince Philip is still her husband at age 98! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Andre Bertrand Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this French poster, which is a "country of origin" poster for this French movie, and this is the ONLY movie paper item from this documentary we have ever auctioned! Note that this poster ships in a very long tube (at least 33" long, but possibly 50" long or more). Therefore the shipping for this poster will be more than that for a poster that ships in a tube 32" or shorter, and possibly much more. Please bear this added shipping expense in mind before bidding on this poster. You can tell how long of a tube this poster needs to ship in by looking at the shorter dimension of its length and width and then adding 4" to that (so a 47" x 63" poster will need to ship in a 51" long tube).What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had darkened, and there was an area in the right border where there must have been a snipe, because that area has not darkened. The rest of the borders have thumb tack stains, and there are creases and tiny bits of paper loss on parts of the folds, with some smudges and ink transfer scattered throughout. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was backed onto a thin linen with no excess and no restoration. Learn More about condition grades
