If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair to good. The poster had faded, with all of the reds becoming much lighter. The poster had many smudges, scuffs, and stains scattered throughout, with even more wear on the foldlines. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to linenbacking. The person who backed the poster did a pretty good job under the circumstances, painting over much of the borders and white background areas, and only performing slight touch up to the foldlines in the image areas (so as to not re-paint the entire poster), and while you can clearly see the defects and that the poster is in much lesser condition, I can still see many people being willing to display this poster just as it is.
