An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed Deluxe 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Helen Morgan ia the famed real life torch singer who became a major star at the height of the Roaring Twenties, but who became an alcoholic and had a sensational crash landing to her career in the early 1930s; she had one final triumph in the re-make of "Show Boat" in 1936, but died of cirrhosis of the liver in 1941 when she was only 41 years old. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Helen Morgan! Our consignor is a longtime dealer who acquired this signed item among many other purchases in his inventory, and he does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic. Also note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock and it has an embossed photographer's stamp one of the bottom corners. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
