His son Russell was also an actor and his wife Lucile was an actress and active in the USO program. Some of his movies include: The Night Of The Hunter, Arsenic and Old Lace, and Here Comes Mr. Jordan (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), as well as a series of movies he made with his real life family. He passed away in 1959 at the age of 76. Important Added Info: Note that these stills all feature a specific actor or actress (sometimes portraits, but often in a scene from a movie that they were in). They come from the collection of Ken Jones, who was an author of many books about old-time actors, including many character actors. He collected on all the stars that he enjoyed, and this is a rare opportunity to get a number of stills at one time from this specific star! Condition: good to very good.
