Banjo On My Knee, the 1936 John Cromwell romantic riverboat musical rich-man-poor-girl marriage comedy ("He's not a drinking man, but what a thirst he has for adventure!"; "Based on a novel by Harry Hamilton"; Joel McCrea is rich Walter Brennan's son, and Brennan wants a grandson really bad, but McCrea marries way beneath him with "land girl" Stanwyck, but worse yet, they can't seem to consummate their marriage) starring Barbara Stanwyck, Joel McCrea, Helen Westley, Buddy Ebsen (in his fourth movie role!), Walter Brennan, Walter Catlett, Tony Martin (billed as "Anthony Martin"), Katherine DeMille, and Victor Kilian. Note that this is a full musical, and Stanwyck sings and dance for perhaps the only time in her career!

Important Added Info: Note that we have provided an image of four of the pages of this 8-page program (we did this by opening it and laying it flat and photographing the front and back cover together, and two of the interior pages together). You can see the four of the eight pages, and can well determine the exact condition of it from our super-sized image, but realize that there are four pages you are not seeing. But of course this means that the front cover appears in the top right of our image, but normally, the program would be folded down the center and you would view the cover by itself (and it will be sent folded as was originally intended).
