An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

Rip Van Winkle, the 1921 Edward Ludwig silent New York Catskill Mountains fantasy melodrama (based on the play by Dion Boucicault & Joseph Jefferson, from the classic story by Washington Irving; produced by Ward Lascelle) starring Thomas Jefferson (in the title role as Rip Van Winkle), Milla Davenport, Daisy Jefferson, Gertrude Messinger, and Pietro Sosso. Note that Thomas Jefferson played the same character in the 1914 version of this film and his father played Rip for over 40 years on stage.

Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this title card, and that was 9 years ago! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: very good. Note that this card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
