An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed Deluxe 7 3/4" x 9 3/4" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Cesar Romero was an actor (born in New York City, but both his parents were from Cuba) from the 1930s to the 1990s. He was never a top star, but he worked in movies and TV for many decades, and he always gave a good performance. He is probably best remembered for playing The Joker in the 1960s "Batman" television series. Some of his movies include: The Thin Man, The Good Fairy, Tales of Manhattan, Vera Cruz, and The Devil Is a Woman. Romero passed away in 1994 at the age of 86. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Cesar Romero! Also note that this still measures 7 3/4" x 9 3/4" [20 x 25 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Finally, note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock, it has an embossed photographer's signature in the bottom right.. Note that this item was consigned to us by a man who has been a major movie memorabilia dealer for many years. During that time, he would regularly purchase collections of movie memorabilia from both collectors and people who worked on movies, and in some of those collections he purchased many autographed items, and sometimes he met with celebrities and had them autograph items he owned in person. Both we and our consignor feel it is extremely likely that the autograph on this item is authentic, but he does not have a certificate of authenticity. Condition: very good. There are tiny bits of surface paper loss on the embossed stamp at lower right, and there is tiny pen writing in the right of the top blank border, but the still is otherwise in pretty nice condition!
