An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Rockin' the Blues, the 1956 Arthur Rosenblum black African American rhythm-and-blues R&B musical comedy documentary ("'Rock 'n' Roll' at it's TINGLING, EXCITING BEST!") featuring Mantan Moreland, F.E. Miller, The Harptones, The Hurricanes, The Wanderers, Miller Sisters (billed as "5 Miller Sisters"), Connie Caroll, Pearl Woods, Linda Hopkins, Toni Harris, Hal Jackson (as the Master of Ceremonies), Teacho Wiltshire's Band, and "Beautiful Girls Galore!!!" Note that we found little information about this documentary, which seems sad, because it is surely one of the first 1950s movies to show rhythm & blues performers of the time (which was of course the precursor of rock 'n' roll).
