He is best known as Amos from TV's "The Amos n' Andy Show". Some of his movies include: The Day of the Locust, Anna Lucasta, and The Bingo Long Traveling All-Stars & Motor Kings Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by BOTH Freeman F. Gosden AND Alvin Childress (Gosden was the white actor who played Amos in Amos n' Andy on radio, and Childress was the black African American actor who played the same character on the TV show)!
