An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures 3 1/4" x 4" [8 x 10 cm]) (Learn More) Wall Street Cowboy, the 1939 Joseph Kane singing cowboy western starring Roy Rogers, George 'Gabby' Hayes, Raymond Hatton, Ann Baldwin, Pierre Watkin, Louisiana Lou (a singer who performed a single song in this movie, and never made another), Craig Reynolds, and Trigger (Roy's horse, who is uncredited!). Why is this called "Wall Street Cowboy"? Because it turns out that Roy's ranch is loaded with deposits of molybdenum, which is an element vital in the production of steel, and some slimy Wall Street types want to force Roy into bankruptcy so they can seize his ranch and make millions! Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).
