An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Angels in Disguise, the 1949 Jean Yarbrough New York City juvenile delinquent murder crime screwball comedy starring the Bowery Boys (including Leo Gorcey, Huntz Hall and Gabriel Dell), Mickey Knox, Richard Benedict, Jean Dean, and Edward Ryan. Note that the poster designer chose to put a pretty girl on the poster, even though she had almost no part in the movie! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that we were consigned a collection of posters and lobby cards from movies related to the Dead End Kids and the many sequel groups they appeared in, like the Bowery Boys. These were collected by one person in the 1970s, and it would take a lifetime to reassemble this collection, but all of these 160 items (which include many lobby card sets in single auctions) will have new owners when these auctions end! Condition: good to very good. The poster has a few pinholes along portions of the foldlines and edges (see our image). It has minor creases, tiny tears, and bits of paper loss along portions of the vertical foldline. It is otherwise in pretty nice condition and after a simple linenbacking the poster will look great!
