We have carefully examined the poster and we are certain it is a first release one-sheet. We also compared the autographs to known examples from these stars and the producer, and we believe them to be authentic, but our consignor does not have a certificate of authenticity, so please do your own research on the authenticity of the signatures on this authentic poster BEFORE placing a bid on this rare and desirable poster! Finally, note that we are also auctioning an unbacked example of this poster that is not signed, in a separate auction. Also note that the poster was designed to look like a beat up old movie poster, and the "flaws" are printed in the image, and are not actual defects! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It had many creases and scuffs scattered throughout, with one long diagonal crease in the bottom center, extending through Thurman's arm. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. A really talented restorer did an expert job backing it. You can still see many of the creases scattered in the image, but given the poster's many faux defects, they pretty much "blend in".
