Beware of Kraut hypocrisy") created by the Union of the Great French Associations Against Enemy Propaganda. This poster features Maurice Neumont art of a ragged but victorious soldier standing on a battlefield and wearing gas mask around his neck. Note that the Marne is a French river and the site of important French victories near the start and end of the war. The "white peace" refers to a proposal which would have theoretically ended the war with all nations returning to their pre-war status without further repercussions.
