The Catman of Paris, the 1946 Lesley Selander France crime mystery feline cat monster horror thriller (about an author who goes to France at the turn of the century, and as soon as he arrives, savage killings from a "cat-like creature" start, and he has mysterious blackouts that make him an extreme suspect, but all is cleared up at the end of this 60-minute movie!) starring Carl Esmond, Lenore Aubert, Adele Mara, Douglass Dumbrille, Gerald Mohr, Fritz Feld, and Robert J. Wilke (uncredited in the title role as The Catman)

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: good. Someone used pencil to draw on one of the Aubert's teeth at center (see our image). There is thick black marker writing on the back that slightly bleeds through to the front along the vertical foldline that runs through portions of the title and into the monster's hand. The poster has pinholes, creases, smudges and some tiny tears along portions of the blank borders. After proper restoration to the above the poster will display well, but see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this poster and bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
