If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is a rare style C one-sheet for this movie where the movie is re-titled "2002 A.D. Operation: Futureworld". I don't know the reason for this, but it seems quite likely that the movie was not doing well as a science fiction sequel to Westworld, and so, as often happens, the producers likely decided to give it a desperate new title, trying to play the movie up as being a futuristic sleazy sex movie! I wonder how well it did under the alternate title? Condition: good to very good. The poster has a piece of white tape in each corner (not put there for any restoration purpose).
