Regeneration, the 1923 Richard E. Norman silent black African American South Seas tropical island romantic adventure thriller ("The Norman Film Mfg. Co. presents the super-feature photo-play"; "'A Girl, A Man, Cast Upon an Uninhabited Island, a Garden of Eden, Then the Serpent--'"; "Love - Thrills - Romance"; "A romance of the South Seas"; "Six Smashing Reels"; "Romance in the South Seas"; "With an all colored cast") starring Stella Mayo (billed as "Featuring Stella Mayo, Sensational Colored Screen Beauty supported by"), M.C. Maxwell, Alfred Norcom, Charlie Gaines, Dr. R.L. Brown, Clarence Rucker, Steve Reynolds, and an "All Colored Cast". Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.

Important Added Info: Note that this pressbook was designed to be folded vertically and then horizontally, and then folded twice from there, which then left an address area on one side, so that this pressbook could be mailed to theaters. We have seen examples of this pressbook that have those multiple folds. However, this pressbook only has the one extra fold, which is much nicer if you want to display the cover of it (which is an "exact reproduction of the window card"). BUT WHAT IS REALLY COOL IN ADDITION TO THIS IS THAT THIS PRESSBOOK HAS AN IMAGE OF TWO DIFFERENT WINDOW CARDS ON TWO OF THE FOUR PAGES, AND SINCE THEY ARE ON DIFFERENT SIDES OF THE PAGES, YOU CAN SEPARATE THE PRESSBOOK DOWN THE MIDDLE AND HAVE TWO "WINDOW CARDS" TO DISPLAY!

Condition: fair to good, NO CUTS. The pressbook is complete and uncut.
