Important Added Info: Note that this "international" style one-sheet, which was printed in the U.S. for use in non-U.S. countries, is many times more rare than any of the other one-sheets created for this movie. We have only auctioned two examples of this poster in all our years of auctioning, and one was in "poor" condition and the other was in "fair" condition! By contrast, we have auctioned nine examples of the style B one-sheet, which is also much more rare than the regular one-sheet, but which can be found in pretty nice condition, unlike this poster, which is virtually impossible to find in any condition! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had fine surface paper loss on parts of some foldlines (typical of high-gloss posters of this period). It also had darkening on parts of most folds and it had tiny pinholes and darkening around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the darkening, although it is not very distracting (see our image). Learn More about condition grades
