Kaufman and Marc Connelly"; a familiar plot of a no-talent who ends up a Hollywood star by accident!) starring Glenn Hunter (in the title role as Merton Gill), Viola Dana, Charles Sellon, Sadie Gordon, and Gale Henry. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this title card, and that was 21 years ago! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good. There is paper loss in the left half of the top blank border, but only blank white paper is affected. There is a 4" diagonal tear at the right end of that paper loss that extends into the man's cheek, and someone repaired it with clear tape from the back, but the tear is not very noticeable from the front (see our images).
