Note that Universal Studios had established an incredible zoo in Hollywood in the 1910s, and they regularly used many of their "wild animals" in their movies, because audiences loved seeing them. This movie was set in the South Seas and had many jungle sequences and also underwater sequences, including shark fights and a submarine! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
