Artist: Jochimsen Important Added Info: Note that first release 1929 posters and lobby cards from this movie are incredibly rare. We have only auctioned three window cards, a pressbook cover, and three different lobby cards from this movie until we received this two more lobby card, both of which have a completely different image from the previous three (we are auctioning them in two separate auctions). Also note that for this movie, Fox created a set of 8 cards, which each have a different painting by artist Jochimsen! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: fair to good. There is a tear and surface paper loss in the bottom of the dress of the girl at right. There is a tear in the bottom of the garment of the girl at left. There are pinholes in the corners. There is a stamp in the lower right with a man's name and a faint stamp in the lower left, and two other faint stamps in the upper left and upper right. Obviously, this incredibly rare card can be restored, and it is quite possible the faint stamps can be removed chemically, but bear all of the above in mind before bidding on this incredibly rare card. Note that this card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back! Learn More about condition grades
