An Original Vintage 7" x 9" [18 x 23 cm] Television Still (Learn More)

The Ed Sullivan Show (known as "Toast of the Town" until 1955), the 1948 - 1971 Kenneth Whelan musical comedy television (TV) series starring Ed Sullivan (as the host), Frank Shuster, Johnny Wayne, Roberta Peters, Jack Carter, and Richie Layne
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that this still features guest stars Richard Libertini, Mary Louise Wilson, Paul Dooley, Jane Alexander, and MacIntyre Dixon, VERY early in their careers. Libertini, Dooley, and Alexander would go on to long successful careers in show business, Wilson and Dixon not so much. Note that this still is from the first showing of the 12/29/63 episode of "The Ed Sullivan Show". We know that for certain because it has the date printed on the wrap-around snipe. It is very hard to find stills from 1950s or 1960s TV episodes that are absolutely from the first release, and are surely not from a 1960s or 1970s re-broadcast. Also note that this still measures 7" x 9" [18 x 23 cm].

Condition: very good to fine. The still is in very nice condition!
