An Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] REPRODUCTION Still (Learn More) James Garner was an actor from the 1950s to the 2000s. He was a top movie star in the 1960s, including in The Great Escape. He had great success in TV's "Maverick" and "The Rockford Files", and he remained a leading man even into his later years. Some of his other roles include: Grand Prix, The Children's Hour, Boys' Night Out, Wheeler Dealers, Move Over Darling, Marlowe, Support Your Local Sheriff, Murphy's Romance (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Space Cowboys, and The Notebook. He passed away in 2014 at the age of 86. Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by James Garner! Note that this item was consigned to us by a dedicated collector who would purchase posters and lobby cards on stars he liked, and then he would go to events or collectibles shows where those stars appeared in person, and he would get the items autographed. If he could not meet the celebrity in person, he would send them the item, along with a nicely written letter telling of how much he liked that celebrity, and asked them to sign the enclosed item and return it to him. Over many years he was able to acquire a large number of signed posters and lobby cards. We have previously auctioned many of his signed items. All of the autographs were either obtained in person or obtained through the mail after personal correspondence with the star, and we feel certain that the autographs on these items are authentic!
