An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Woman from Moscow, the 1928 Ludwig Berger Russia romantic love triangle melodrama (based on the play 'Fedora' by Victorien Sardou; set in pre-Revolution Russia; about a princess whose fiance is found murdered, and she meets a man and falls in love with him, even though he is a "nihilist", but she later learns he killed her fiance, so she denounces him, and after he is captured, she finds out he killed her fiance in self defense when the fiance was trying to rape a woman, but his family is sent to Siberia and his brother is killed, and he rightfully blames her for everything; she then takes poison, but he goes to see her, and they have a final embrace before she dies) starring Pola Negri (as Princess Fedora), Norman Kerry, Paul Lukas, Lawrence Grant, Otto Matieson, and Maude George. Note that there was both a silent and sound version of this movie. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.
