Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, the 1979 - 1980 Harold Prince Broadway musical black comedy stage play (with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim; based on the book by Christopher Bond; about a barber who kills his customers and makes pies out of them!) starring Angela Lansbury, Len Cariou (in the title role as Sweeney Todd), Victor Garber, Ken Jennings, and Merle Louise. The show won 8 Tony Awards, including the Best Musical of 1979.

Important Added Info: Note that this item has been personally autographed (signed) by BOTH Len Cariou AND Angela Lansbury! Our consignor's wife was a member of a group that regularly went to Broadway shows, and they obtained autographs in person at the shows. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we are certain the signatures are authentic.

As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes.
