Sidney A. Snow's Cougar, The King Killer, the 1933 Sidney A. Snow wildlife documentary ("Hand to Hand Battles Between Man and Beast Never Before Recorded in Sound or Action!"; "Another sensation from the producers of 'Hunting Big Game in Africa'"; "Capturing Lions Barehanded!") starring Jay Bruce, and Edwin C. Hill (billed as "World Famous Radio Reporter"). Apparently, this was a documentary about Jay Bruce, a man who went around catching wild cougars, and the producer of this wanted to sensationalize it, and they added taglines like "capturing lions barehanded" and called the cougar "The King Killer", but we suspect the documentary was not nearly that interesting! If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
