We have never auctioned even a single first release movie paper item from this movie until we received this six-sheet (although we did auction a "Central Show" print one-sheet that we think was from 1932, but was a regional poster)! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tears and areas of paper loss on parts of most folds, with some tears and paper loss scattered throughout the poster. It had some tears and small paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
