Date Sold 2/4/2020Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. An Original Vintage Autographed Color REPRODUCTION Print (measures 8 1/2" x 11" [22 x 28 cm]) (Learn More) Kerwin Mathews was an actor from the 1950s to the 1970s. He is probably best remembered for his starring role in Ray Harryhausen's "The 7th Voyage of Sinbad". Some of his film roles include: The 3 Worlds of Gulliver, Jack the Giant Killer, Man on a String, Panic in Bangkok, and Nightmare in Blood (his last film role). Note that Kerwin was gay, and we can't find any reference to him being "closeted" or it having any impact on his career, an amazing feat considering the time of his acting career! He passed away in 2007 at the age of 81. He was survived by his partner of 46 years, Tom Nicoll. Important Added Info: Note that this color REPRODUCTION print has been personally autographed (signed) by Kerwin Mathews! Our consignor obtained this autograph through the mail in correspondence with Mr. Mathews in the 1990s. While he doesn't have a "certificate of authenticity", we are certain it is authentic! As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes. Condition: very good. The card that was reproduced had flaws, which are seen in the image, but the reproduction itself is in nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
