An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Swedish Movie Poster (measures 28 1/4" x 39 1/4" [72 x 100 cm]) (Learn More) Swedenhielms (released in the U.S. as "Swedenhielms Family"), the 1935 Gustaf Molander Swedish family relationship comedy melodrama (about a professor and his children who live together in a large house, and there is a housekeeper who makes everything run) starring Gosta Ekman, Karin Swanstrom, Tutta Rolf, Ingrid Bergman, Sigurd Wallen, Bjorn Berglund, and Hakan Westergren. Note that this was Ingrid Bergman's fourth movie, and she had had some starring roles, but this was a very minor role, and we suspect she was just stuck in the movie because she had already gained a lot of popularity in Sweden. Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this poster, which is a "country of origin" poster for this Swedish movie! Not only that, but we have never auctioned any movie item from this movie before, from any country, or any release. Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good. The poster has some creases and rippling scattered throughout, with paper loss in three corners caused by rough removal of pins, and pinholes in the fourth corner. It has a paper snipe glued to the middle left. Obviously, a restorer could remove the snipe and linenback the poster, but bear in mind these defects and the cost of restoration before bidding on this poster. Learn More about condition grades
