Beware! The Strangler is on the Loose"; "Terror stalks the Bayou!") starring Rosemary La Planche, Robert Barrat (billed as "Robert Barratt"), Blake Edwards (the director in his third credited movie role!), Charles Middleton, and Effie Parnell NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have previously auctioned four lobby cards from this movie, but we have never auctioned this complete set of 8 cards! Condition: fair to good. All the cards have creases, pinholes, tears, smudges, and stains around the edges. The title card had paper loss in three corners and someone taped pieces of an index card to those areas, and there is a 2 1/2" tear at top right that was repaired with tape from the back. Four of the cards had paper loss in one or two corners, and someone taped pieces of index cards to those areas. Two of the scene cards have a 2 1/2" at upper right that was repaired with tape from the back. The card with the creepy guy approaching the girl from behind has a stain in the girl's blouse, and the card with the smiling girl has a larger stain in the shirt of the man.
