An Undated (probably 1970s) Re-release Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked German Movie Poster (measures 19" x 32") (Learn More)

Tango Bar, the 1935 John Reinhardt romantic dancing dance musical starring Carlos Gardel, Rosita Moreno, Enrique DeRosas, Tito Lusiardo, and Jose Luis Tortosa. Note that star Carlos Gardel was a world renowned Tango singer, who had appeared in numerous Spanish language movies prior to this time, and in 1935, Paramount Pictures made this movie in the U.S. featuring him. Gardel was killed soon after this movie was made (in an airplane crash), although his music continues to be heard in movies to the present day!
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.

Condition: very good. The poster was folded like a U.S. one-sheet, and there were creases and some tiny surface paper loss on some foldlines (typical of high-gloss posters like this one). Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well.
