Please bear this added expense in mind before bidding on this item. What IS paperbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair to good. The poster had tears and some areas of paper loss around the edges and a 4" vertical tear near the center of the poster, affecting the two faces at bottom center. Someone put paper tape on the back of those defects and then performed restoration to the front without backing the poster. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can clearly see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Learn More about condition grades
