An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Priscilla Dean was an actress starting at age 14, and became one of Universal's very top stars in the late 1910s, receiving top billing over Lon Chaney Sr. in several movies. By the late 1920s, her star was fading and she was released by Universal. The coming of sound finished off her career, and she only appeared in a few movies after 1928, but she lived to age 91, passing away in 1987. Some of her movies include: Broke But Ambitious, The Wildcat of Paris, The Siren of Seville, and Behind Stone Walls Important Added Info: Note that there are white areas in the corners that look like they COULD be a defect of some sort, but they are NOT. They exist on stills from silent films that have this sort of black border around the edges. It appears that stills of this sort were made by actually blowing up a frame of film, and perhaps those white areas are some sort of sprocket holes. In any event, they are contained within the printing and are not any sort of defect! Condition: good to very good. The bottom right corner is almost completely separated from the still and there are tiny tears and tiny areas of surface paper loss around the edges of the still. There is tiny paper loss in the top right corner and in a few places around the edges. Learn More about condition grades
