If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that items from this 1948 Realart re-release are far more rare than that of the original 1944 release! We have never before had this one-sheet, and in the past we have only had an insert and a single lobby card from this re-release.

What IS linenbacking? Learn More

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the bottom two crossfolds and some tiny bits of paper loss scattered in the vertical foldline. It had creases on the left and right of the middle horizontal fold, and a small circular area of paper loss in the forehead of the man at lower left, with two small tears to the right of his head. There were some tears and areas of paper loss in the top of the poster, mostly in the top blank border, but slightly extending into the edge of the image. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
