Some of her movies include: Trouble in Paradise, The Heiress, Becky Sharp (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), The Smiling Lieutenant, These Three, and Design for Living. She passed away in 1972 at the age of 69. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Miriam Hopkins! This signed photo (and others from this same collection we are offering in separate auctions) comes from the estate of Dorothy Credille, who was a Hollywood publicist in the 1930s to the 1950s. During the course of her work, she became personal friends and an acquaintance of all the top Hollywood stars, and she received many autographed 8x10s and 11x14s from them, many personalized to her. Also note that this still measures 10 1/2" x 13 1/4" [27 x 34 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Finally, note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Condition: very good. The still was once attached to a mat and there is glue and paper residue on the back of the top and bottom borders, but it has no effect on the front, and the still is otherwise in pretty nice condition!
